Early Childhood Music
For Babies, Toddlers and Preschoolers

Our Early Childhood Music (ECM) program introduces little learners to the joy of music through songs, movement, rhythm and play. A fun and nurturing start that builds confidence, creativity and a lifelong love of music.
Babies : 0-1 years (10 - 15 mins)
From a very early age, babies are able to hear and distinguish different sounds, and within just a few weeks they can recognise their mother's voice. Early exposure to music supports this natural development by enhancing a child's ability to process, interpret, and understand sounds, speech, and language.
Pre-Toddlers : 1-2 years (20 - 30 mins)
​​As children enter the pre-toddler stage, they begin developing important listening, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills. Music plays a valuable role in supporting these areas of development while also encouraging creativity and self-expression. Through music, children are given a positive outlet to explore, communicate, and express their thoughts, feelings, and emotions in a safe and engaging environment.
Toddlers : 2-3 years (30 - 35 mins)
Toddlers love to sing, dance, and move to music. Through repetition, they develop language, memory, pitch awareness, and the ability to distinguish between singing and speaking voices. Fun musical activities such as singing, clapping, tapping, and movement also strengthen coordination, rhythm, creativity, and self-expression while fostering a lifelong love of music.
Pre-School : 3-5 years (30 - 35 mins)
Preschoolers love to sing with confidence and enthusiasm. Through songs with repetition, rhythm, movement, and familiar themes, they develop musical skills, language, coordination, and creativity. Nursery rhymes, action songs, finger plays, and playful melodies encourage active participation while building confidence and a lifelong enjoyment of music.
